SHIPPING POLICY
I ship all items via USPS with tracking - including international shipments. Shipping times will vary - USPS doesn't always deliver within the time frame they state, so if you need something quickly please upgrade your shipping option to reflect your requirement.
I am not responsible for the time it takes for your item to arrive - once it is out of my hands, it is up to the USPS.
I generally DO ship in-stock items within 24 hours of receipt of the order - unless it is a USPS holiday and/or weather does not permit.

NOTE: I will not be responsible if you provide me with an incorrect address - please double check your information before submitting an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, personalized or sale items.

ALSO - if you do not read/understand the sizing/fitting information I will not accept returns for items if you claim "it doesn't fit" or you "do not like the fit." I provide complete sizing/fitting information for all items on the site - that information is provided on each collection's page. If you do not understand it, please contact me BEFORE ordering so I can help you can choose the proper size.

On in-stock items - if you are not satisfied with what you received, contact me within 5 days of receiving the order.
For returns, item(s) must be unworn/unwashed and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Generally I do not do refunds - but an exchange only.
